Privacy Policy

Information you give us. Our estimate and financing forms ask for your name, phone number and email address. Some forms also record the project details you configure — ADU type, size, finish level, loan amount and term — and any notes you type. Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, payment card, or bank details, and you should never send those through a web form.

Partially completed forms. If you start a form and leave without submitting it, we may still receive what you had already typed, marked as an unfinished enquiry. We do this so a genuine enquiry is not lost to a dropped connection or a closed tab. If you would rather we discard it, contact us and we will delete it.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address (used to derive an approximate city and to limit abuse), the page you submitted from, and how you reached us — search, referral, or an advertising click identifier such as gclid. Marketing parameters are stored in your browser for up to 90 days so we can tell which channel produced an enquiry.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you ask us to do; to send you a confirmation that we received your request; to understand which marketing channels work; and to keep the site secure and free of automated spam. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use a small number of outside services, each of which may receive some data when you use the site:

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads — usage measurement and advertising performance.
• Google reCAPTCHA— distinguishes people from bots on our forms. Subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.
• Microsoft Clarity — aggregated insight into how pages are used.
• Resend — delivers the notification and confirmation emails.
• Embedded content — Google Maps, YouTube and Instagram. These load from their own servers and set their own cookies once displayed.
• Trustindex — displays our reviews from public review platforms.

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records — generally up to seven years for projects we complete, and up to two years for enquiries that do not become projects. Marketing attribution stored in your browser expires after 90 days, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, provide a copy, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive documents through the forms.

This site is meant for property owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
